Kosta Cross
CEO / Co-Founder
With over 35 years of experience in the audio industry, Kosta Cross blends a rich musical background with cutting-edge technical expertise. Growing up in a musical family, he earned an MD in Music Theory and Conducting while exploring modular synthesis and serial composition techniques. Kosta began his career at Digidesign/Avid during the pre-USB era, playing a key role in Pro Tools releases that achieved Grammy and Oscar recognition. Later, at Antares, he contributed to the development of over 17 legacy titles and several innovative plug-ins, incorporating AI technology. As CEO of FSK Audio, Kosta continues to produce emerging artists and collaborate with independent filmmakers.
Dice Naito
CPO / Co-Founder
Dice has over 25 years of experience in the audio industry. After discovering audio production and the guitar in high school, he started his professional career at Unique Recording Studios in New York City, but found himself in audio product development with URS plug-ins, Propellerhead Software (aka Reason Studios), and Avid/Digidesign. He spent nearly 20 years developing Pro Tools software and hardware, designing and delivering key features such as Folder Tracks, Custom Keyboard Shortcuts, UI Themes, and 3rd party hardware integration. Dice likes to spend his free time playing music or soccer, and has some serious freestyle soccer tricks up his sleeve.
Mark Gordon
CTO
Mark Gordon is a lifelong musician, multi-instrumentalist, and recording engineer who has spent his career building the tools that shape how music is made. Based in San Francisco, he has led engineering teams at some of the most influential names in audio, including Antares (Auto-Tune®), Output, Dolby, and Avid/Digidesign. At Avid, Mark worked on Pro Tools at a pivotal time in its evolution, helping drive innovations that changed how music and film professionals create. At Dolby, he contributed to the original content tools for Atmos. As Director of Engineering at Antares, he modernized development practices, guided product ports with JUCE, and oversaw engineering and QA teams through a new era of growth. Later at Output, he led client engineering for Arcade, managing a large team of full-stack developers building one of the most widely used creative platforms in modern music production. Now as CTO of FSK Audio, Mark blends his technical expertise with his passion for music to help create innovative tools that empower musicians, producers, and creators everywhere.
Robert Jasman
Non-Executive Director
Robert (RJ) Jasman has spent over three decades at the intersection of music and technology. He served as Sr. Manager of Software Quality for Apple’s GPU Software team and as Director of QA for Avid’s audio division, where his teams helped shape the stability and adoption of Pro Tools during its rise as the industry standard. A lifelong musician and producer, RJ built a reputation for growing strong QA organizations, driving higher software quality, and fostering careers across Apple, Avid, and beyond. His leadership contributed to milestones including technical Oscars and Grammys for Pro Tools and the reliable foundations behind Apple’s multimedia and graphics platforms. Since retiring in 2021, RJ has joined FSK Audio as a principal investor and Non-Executive Director. His focus now is simple: making fun, inspiring audio tools with a team of people who love creating them.
